7 Days Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery only if the product meets the conditions mentioned below.
Returns are accepted only after verification.
Return Eligibility Conditions
A return request will be approved only if:
The product is damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered
The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery
The product is unused and in original condition
An uncut and clear unboxing video is provided as proof
⚠️ Unboxing video is mandatory. Without an uncut unboxing video, no return or refund request will be accepted.
Unboxing Video Guidelines (Important)
To verify your return request, the unboxing video must:
Be continuous and uncut
Clearly show:
The sealed package
Label & address
Opening of the package
Product condition
Videos edited, paused, or cut at any point will be rejected.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of customized products, we do not accept returns for:
Personalized or customized photo frames without any defect
Design approval–based dissatisfaction
Color variation due to screen differences
Incorrect details provided by the customer
Change of mind after order confirmation
Customized items are made specially for you and cannot be resold.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after return approval and product verification.
Refund Method
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval
If payment was made via COD, refund will be issued via bank transfer or UPI after customer confirmation.
Replacement Policy (If Applicable)
In case of damaged or defective products, we may offer:
Free replacement, or
Full refund, based on verification outcome
The decision will be made after reviewing the unboxing video and product images.
