At The Digital Photo, we work hard to ensure your customized photo frames are carefully crafted, safely packed, and delivered on time. Please read our shipping policy to understand how and when your order will reach you.
All our products are customized on order
Order processing time: 2–4 business days
This includes photo verification, customization, printing, framing, and quality check
Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days after dispatch
Delivery time may vary depending on:

Courier partner
Weather conditions or unforeseen delays
Remote or rural locations may require additional time.
We currently ship across India.
International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping charges (if any) are clearly mentioned at checkout
Free shipping offers, if applicable, will be displayed on the website
No hidden costs — what you see at checkout is what you pay.
Once your order is dispatched:
You will receive a tracking ID via SMS / WhatsApp / Email
You can track your shipment through the courier partner’s website
All photo frames are:
Carefully wrapped with protective materials
Securely packed to prevent damage during transit
We take extra care to ensure your memories reach you safely.
Delivery delays may occur due to:
Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
Customer unavailability at the time of delivery
Natural disasters, strikes, or courier issues
In such cases, The Digital Photo will not be responsible for delays beyond our control.
If your order arrives damaged:
Record an uncut unboxing video while opening the package
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Share the unboxing video and photos for verification
Without an uncut unboxing video, damage claims will not be accepted.
Address changes are allowed only before dispatch
Once the order is shipped, address modifications are not possible
Please double-check your shipping details before placing the order.
If an order is returned to us due to:
Incorrect address
Customer unavailability
Refusal to accept delivery
Re-shipping charges will be applicable.
